RADA Platform

The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the RADA platform located at https://RADA.eu/.

Each Platform user must comply with the following terms and conditions.

The following terminology is used in this document. “User”, “You” or “Your” refers to you, the person accessing the Platform and accepting these terms and conditions. “The RADA consortium” or “We” refers to the project team composed by all the partner organisations of the RADA project (https://project.RADA.eu/partners/).


The Platform, like most modern interactive websites, uses cookies, some of which are essential for its smooth operation. By using the Platform, you agree with the use of cookies.

Cookies are small files that are transferred to the hard drive of your computer through your web browser (if you allow). Cookies enable the Platform system to recognise your web browser and capture and remember certain information, as well as to understand and save your preferences for future visits based on previous or current Platform activity.

RADA will not share your personal information to any other organisation or to other projects. Collected personal data will be stored in a secure way on the server. Collected personal data might be displayed only in the private area of the Platform available only to the moderator or administrator of the platform. Collected data will be retained until the account is removed.

User Content

  1. The Platform offers the opportunity for users with respective rights to create Games, Task and everyone to play existing Games (“Content”). This Content represents the views and opinions of the respective contributors submitting it and does not necessarily reflect the position of the RADA consortium and the RADA project (https://project.RADA.eu/), or the European Commission. The RADA consortium is not responsible or liable for any losses, damages or expenses caused by the use of the Platform or its Content.
  2. You are responsible for all the information you post on the Platform.
  3. We reserve the right to monitor all created content and remove any items which we consider to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. You warrant and represent that:
  • You are entitled to create content items on the Platform and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
  • The content items do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party;
  • The content items do not contain any defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material or material which is an invasion of privacy;
  • The content items will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

We highly appreciate your contribution, but please before you submit any content to the Platform, make sure that it adheres to the following rules:

  1. It is fine to disagree with the thoughts or opinions expressed by other people. You are welcome to express your critique, but please be polite and constructive. Professionalism is the key to keep the balance if a conflict arises. Try to bring value to the content items and encourage further contribution to the Platform.
  2. Please treat every user with respect. Remain tolerant, even if the content item is unsatisfying or frustrating for you. Please do not attack anyone personally and try to not force your opinion to others.
  3. Please avoid offensive, racist, religious, or sexist statements. They will be deleted like every pornographic, criminal or other unacceptable content.
  4. This is not an advertising platform. Please avoid promotion of any goods or services. This also applies to any calls for political demonstrations and manifestations.
  5. Please try to stay on topic when contributing to the Platform. Do not contribute off-topic content.
  6. Do not use any materials protected by copyright.
  7. Do not mention any personal data.

Without respective administration rights, you are not allowed to create frames around the Platform web pages or use other techniques that alter the visual presentation or appearance of the Platform in any way.

Removal of Links from the Platform

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to the Platform at any time and in sole discretion, which you agree to do without an unjustified delay.

If you find any link on or to the Platform objectionable, please report it to us by emailing us at project email address (info@iRADA.eu). We will consider all such requests, but reserve the right to make the final decision and to not respond to you directly.

We do not warrant completeness or accuracy of the published Content, nor do we commit to ensuring that the Platform remains available or that the material on the Platform is kept up to date.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. You agree to be bound to the current version of these terms and conditions.


If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall RADA Consortium members, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Platform whether such liability is under contract. RADA Consortium members, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related the use of this Platform.


The information published on the Platform is liable to change at any time without notice.

The information presented in this document does not constitute legal advice and you should not rely or act solely on the basis of this information. Access to information on the Platform does not create either a relationship of solicitor/client or formulate a contract between the Platform hosts and visitors.

This Platform is provided “as is,” with all faults, and RADA Consortium expresses no representation or warranty of any kind related to this Platform or the materials contained on this Platform.

This Platform may contain links, frames, and references designed to assist in accessing related content and material. The Platform makes no warranty that the content and material contained in those sites is accurate or relevant.

The translated versions are a courtesy and office translation only and you cannot derive any rights from the translated versions. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these terms and conditions, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive. The English version is available on our Platform (by selecting the English language).
